Our Service Commitment to You Customer Questionnaires
To ensure that we provide continuous high standards of service, each customer is asked to complete a 'How Well Did We Do' questionnaire after their event at the Town Hall. The questionnaire asks the customer to rate their satisfaction with the facilities and service provided by Venue Management and our partner, Venue Catering.

The most fantastic and different place to have a wedding.
Girlguiding Stockport enjoyed an excellent evening event at the Town Hall. All the staff – from enquiry, event co-ordinators, catering and bar staff were all extreamly helpful and made organising the event much easier. We met the staff several times and they were always willing to help with any quiries, however small. Well done to a great team and Stockport Town Hall.
Everything ran smoothly and we got some great feedback from parents. The co-ordinator was fantastic in the run up to the event and on the evening. Very friendly and efficient. Her help on the day was invaluable to us and made the evening run so well on the day.
We had a fab wedding, the staff were really good, especially our co-ordinator who helped us all the way through the planning. She is fantastic at her job and nothing was too much trouble. We had a really good time and will never forget it. Thank you.
We were delighted with everything but our main praise goes to our wedding co-ordinator. She was fabulous before the wedding and on the day she was “in all places at all times.” So many of our guests said how well organised everything was and for the few that had special requirements, she looked after them all. Many, many thanks, we had a wonderful day.

Our wedding day was perfect with many thanks to you! The venue is perfect giving us grandeur and keeping us at our roots in Stockport, we loved getting married in ‘The Wedding Cake’. The location is perfect and the venue gives a great alternative to churches without loosing any of the traditional feeling. I really would recommend this location to everyone getting married. The layout of the room was excellent. The young people attending felt the venue gave them a sense of being important.
Parents, pupils and staff really enjoyed the event. We are certainly planning to book for next year.

When we held our wedding service at the Town Hall we were expecting the best day of our lives, but the Town Hall took it beyond our expectations. You could not fault the food, the staff or the venue. We would use you again and recommend it to anyone.
We had our wedding at the Town Hall – we got married in the Council Chamber, had our Wedding Breakfast in the Committee Suite and our evening reception in the Ballroom. The service we received from our initial consultation through to the event itself was top class.

You were crucial to our event running smoothly on the night. The manager was totally dedicated to our event before the day and offered so much help, including detailed plans, which was much appreciated. On the night she was present at all times and I felt confident in her ability to help at any point needed. All the other staff were amenable and polite at all times.
