Customer Questionnaires
To ensure that we provide continuous high standards of service, each customer is asked to complete a 'How Well Did We Do' questionnaire after their event at the Town Hall. The questionnaire asks the customer to rate their satisfaction with the facilities and service provided by Venue Management and our partner, Venue Catering.
