Our core purpose is to provide a high quality, professional service in partnership with Venue Catering. We strive to exceed the expectations of our diverse customers in the business of Hospitality, Events and Conference Facilities.

We will achieve this by:
- Constantly seeking to understand the needs and expectations of all customers
- Providing a dedicated management and functions team that delivers the best in customer service
- Working closely with our partner, Venue Catering, to ensure the highest standards of hospitality
- Communicating effectively through all mediums and in line with the Council’s Customer Charter.
